Rainmakers has a wide variety of custom home sites ranging in size from 1/2 acre to 1 1/2 acres and larger. Patio home sites are also available to accommodate smaller homes. Custom home site prices range from $95,000 (sized for patio homes) to $399,000, many with golf or mountain views.
