All construction and signage development plans must be approved prior to construction by the Architectural Committee of Rainmakers. The Architectural Committee presently consists of Dan Stanger, Brett Christensen, Reeves McGuire, Michael Dudman, and Stan and Amy Cape, Project Architects. All structures must follow a southwest design, such as, Territorial and Northern New Mexico, Southwestern Modern, and Southwestern Pueblo. The ARC committee guideline documents are attached for review and include application for plan submission.
